Who we are

FND Forward is operated by Nimbul Systems Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. This website is published at fnd-forward.com.

The FND Forward app

FND Forward is a local companion for recording information you choose to enter. We do not collect, receive or host live health records from the app. There is no FND Forward account, analytics SDK, advertising, remote crash reporting or health-data upload.

The Android app does not request internet permission. Optional check-in reminders use on-device notifications. A boot-complete permission exists only so those local reminders can be rescheduled after a restart. iOS uses the same local-only model: no iCloud sync, CloudKit, HealthKit or remote notification service for health data.

What stays on your device

Depending on what you choose to record, the app may keep the following on the device:

• Check-ins, including ratings, optional symptoms, influences, strategies, context and notes
• Care information, appointment plans, gentle goals and personal moments
• Preferences such as theme, home layout, reminder windows and country of residence for support resources

Live values are encrypted in the app’s private storage. Android cloud backup is turned off for FND Forward. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes the local key and records.

Exports you create

You can save a Health Summary PDF, a check-ins CSV or a portable JSON copy. Each file is generated on the device after a deliberate save. You choose the destination with the system file picker. FND Forward does not upload or share that file itself.

Once a copy is saved outside the app, we cannot control who can open it. Review it before you share it and keep it only with people you trust.

Deleting app data

Settings includes Delete all app data. That action clears local records, drafts and preferences, turns reminders off and returns you to onboarding. You can also remove the data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in the system settings.

This website

The marketing site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. We do not use a marketing analytics SDK or advertising cookies. The optional light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.

Cloudflare may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested so it can serve and protect the site. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.

If you email us, we will keep the correspondence you send so we can reply. We do not add those messages to an app health record.

External links

Trusted resources and some About links open in your device browser. Those websites have their own privacy, accessibility and cookie policies. Opening a link does not send your FND Forward records to that site.

Your rights

Because live app records stay on your device, access, correction and deletion of that information are carried out in the app. Use the in-app editors, Delete all app data or uninstall the app.

If we hold website or email correspondence about you, you can ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion. Email contact@nimbul-systems.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. The current version is always published at fnd-forward.com/privacy.
